@bmarian20 , if you type the "C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage\x64" on file explorer, do you see LenovoBatteryGaugePackage.dll in this folder?

@bmarian20, for some reasons, the script do not run correctly on your system.
You may need to run it once or several times.
And when you run this script, please try to close all uncessary processes to improve the performance.
And if possible, please also close the Anti-virtus software or windows defender so it would not block the installation process.

Hello, I have an Ideapad 320 that is having the same issue. Will this download work for it, or is there another one for the Ideapad? My error message reads "There was a problem starting C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\IMController\Plugins\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage\x64\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage.dll"

Ok, so I started getting this error message as well ,about 4 days ago, battery gauge dll module not found as above.
Thanks to the effort by someotherguy, tried both his methods, no joy, & thanks to Ctr-Alt-Del, tried his method & still no joy.
I tracked down the problem in my system, by going directly to the source folder C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage\x64, with hidden files set to show, on the way there I found that there were 2 instances of the folder C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage, both identical in contents, just different date modified dates, so I deleted the oldest one, rebooted & the error message has gone.
So I feel the problem was that there were 2 instances/2 paths to the, not really missing, dll module at C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage\x64\LenovoBatteryGaugePackage.dll ..
Having duplicate paths to the same file must have had the OS confused.
Interesting that resetting/reinstalling Vantage did not solve the duplicate folder problem, I had to manually remove it.
Problem solved for me.
Maybe that helps somebody else, maybe not.
Thanks to all for trying to sort it out.
EDIT: forgot to mention my laptop is a Lenovo ideapad 300 with W10 home preinstalled.
