I wanted to control the battery charging thresholds like I could in Windows 7 so I recently got the Lenovo Settings app. However, the only thing I can see in there beside the power tab is "Power Status", "More" which links to power options found by default in windows control panel, and "Battery Stretch". I have made sure my power management driver is up to date, as well as the app and both the dependency packages. Any ideas?

Windows 10 does not support Lenovo Power Manager.
The following 2 links may help:
The way I read it, within Lenovo Settings power screen, you SCROLL down the screen to find Battery Threshold options. Turn the option ON.
Report back if your Lenovo Settings does or does not match the documentation.
Current Lenovo Settings is version 3.155.00 .

I have almost the same problem. Thinkpad W500, Windows 10, Settings does not have the Power setting (or the light bulb--Smart Settings) on the left-hand column. So no battery stretch, charge from USB, etc.
However, all of this works normally on my second W500. I have uninstalled & reinstalled Settings several times, to no effect. (But the battery gauge is present in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.)
