With upgrading Power Manager 3.05 to 3.11a, my battery may not charge even if it is plugged in. I have custom thresholds: 77% & 93%. However, it is not charging now, even through the battery is at 45% (which is below the threshold of 77%). The Power icon in the Notification Area of the taskbar shows that is "45% available (plugged in, not charging)"
When this problem happens, I can get it to work properly for a while again by unplugging the AC adapter and plugging it back in. I have BIOS version 7UET82WW (3.12 ), but I believe the problem existed with the previous BIOS version and Power Manager 3.11.

try to disable the Treshold, just to check, if the threshold is the issue, or not.
My second thought is to check what is the battery state, that is shown in Windows power manager.

I have it set now to always fully charge to 100%, but it is not charging at 95% available. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the Hotkey package, System Interface driver, Power Management driver, and Power Manager.
Oops. It might be normal behavior. I'll report again later.
