I got my P72 with 2x1TB NVMe and 128 GB RAM with Windows 10.
I am wondering if someone has tried to install CentOS 7.6 on P72. I read somewhere about ThunderBolt BIOS corruption so I am reluctant to be the firstone to try it out and brick my machine.
Ideally, I would like to have dual boot for Windows and Linux or I can simply take out the Windows NVMe and replace that with a new NVMe and install CentOS 7.6. I need that to run multiple VMs for software demo purposes using CentOS.
If there is someone who has successfully installed CentOS 7.6 on P72, please let me know your experience or tips.

I have installed Mint linux 19 after resizing the Windows 10 Data mount point and freeing 200 Gig of space. I did not have any issues creating a dual boot. I did not change any BIOS setting My BIOS level is 1.22 for reference
