@montREALady

Yep, changed Handcent settings also. I don't know what the issue is, but it's pretty frustrating. I've completely uninstalled Handcent from my phone and am using the stock texting app, but I'm still having the problem.

I was trying to resize Motorola widgets and they don't seem to want to resize.    I can stretch them out or shrink them, but they go back to where they were.

In response to a couple posts.

1) Happenings widget not resizing, I resized it and made it wide and less high.

2) Swipe bar to answer phone. I had the problem with 1.5 that I had to swipe a couple times to answer phone. I have not had that happen since the upgrade. It answers everytime first swipe.

Now I have noticed that if I intend to make a call the phone app is extremely slow in opening, but it opens fine when receiving calls.

Approximately 30 minutes ago my Backflip came out of sleep mode by itself. When I entered my password it gave me the home screen but it is blank - ie no shortcuts displayed. I. In the past half hour, I am able to check notifications and go to apps  and phone from the from the bottom keys. I have powered off the Backflip at least 4-5 times with same results.(And this after I just answered today's survey with glowing comments :-).)

Any thoughts?

@Reli37

Sounds like you need to conduct a Factory Reset.

I use SMS popup for notification and it works great for me. You can set reminders on it as well.

I'm having a problem getting on to 3G once I am out of a wifi area...I keep turning wifi on and off and finally it works...Hopefully the final update will help this....The touch screen seems alittle finicky and sometimes the phone seems laggy... but so far I love that we have more apps to choose from...
