Re: Waiting for update, got my update, cool stuff in the update -- any non-issue discusssion

Agree, haptic feedback option working is huge!

Also liking the launcher a lot more. Customized dock shortcuts is fantastic, as are the app groups. I used to have folders of apps on my homescreens, but now I can link to the app groups instead, and even give them custom icons. Launcher just feels faster, too. Less stuttering, smoother transition to landscape when pulling out the keyboard.

Had the update when I woke up this morning. Installed it about 2 hours ago in not so sunny Florida. Update went smooth and had no issues. I did backup my SD card and did a factory reset after the update. I had a lot of junk that I wanted to get rid of. All in all I haven't seen any issues and it is much more responsive.

Got the update and it installed flawlessly.  Right away, I noticed that the haptic feedback issue is resolved and I can sort my contacts by their last name.  Yes!!

Anyone notice the new features to the music player? The lock screen on the phone now displays cover art and song title. When tapped then the play controls appear. I think this is impressive. I have always liked Moto hardware. This update is going to very likely (always a chance it won't happen) keep me as a Moto customer. The update and UI I feel have been very well thought out. As much as I would love a vanilla Android device, I love the color sceme now. It is very understated and that is how I like my phones. Well done!
