Call voice not audible clearly. Very low volume.

2021-01-10, 18:09 PM

Moto Macro 1.

Issue 1:

Speaker working properly, audio videos are working fine. Even call on speaker works good, but when I am on call without speaker I barely can hear the other person at highest call volume.

2. WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity is very poor. Connection breaks regularly.

Have rest the phone. The issues still persist.

Taken device help test. It says ok.

Issue is with all networks. On earpiece it works good. Without earphones,

VERY LOW CALL VOLUME.

Sorry to see you're having troubles with both call audio and WiFi/Bluetooth. When did you start encountering these issues? Has it always been this way? Has the device been analyzed by a service/repair center? Let me know

Hello and sorry you're experiencing this. Can you test the Receiver speaker in the Device Help app (Device Help > Device diagnosis > Hardware Test > Receiver)? Let me know if it's really quiet there as well. If so, you can try the same test in Safe Mode (Hold the power button to bring up the power menu > Long-press reboot/restart > Tap OK to reboot into Safe Mode. If it's fine in Safe Mode then this points to an app causing the issue. I would recommend backing up your personal files and performing a Factory Reset and don't restore your apps when setting it up again. If it fails in Safe Mode as well, then I would recommend repair: You can find your local repair center here: https://motorola-mobility-en-in.custhelp.com/app/mcp/trackrepair2
