That so-called solution is anything but.

It is easy to create a special text display, but what is wanted is to change the default font, a totally different question.

Currently the default font is not readable, especially in small type.

What is wanted is a monotype font, like dejavu sans mono.  (Also called bitstream vera)

(There is another common monotype font which distinguishes less between characters which can be confused.)

There are also proportional fonts with similar more readable forms, like microsoft-trebuchet.

The big plus in above mentioned fonts is lower-case L looks like an L.

(Printed upper case here since the lower case is an ambiguous simple vertical bar.)

If Samsung allows changing the default font, why can't Moto ?

But this doesn't work on a Moto android smartphone. ms/mac/linux has no problem (at least the last 20 years.) Samsung smartphones allow changing the font type. But unfortunately Lenovo has not (yet) seen the light for Moto smartphones.

Hi andré6,

I appreciate your feedback. As mentioned, there's no option to change the font style/type, but you can adjust the font size in the Settings. I believe, if our concern is only the size of the fonts, adjusting it in the Settings is enough. Thanks.

Best regards,
