Lenovo S850 contacts removing problem

2014-11-03, 19:39 PM

Hi there,i am the happy owner of a beautiful Lenovo S850.I am very pleased so far,but i have one little problem that doesn't make me very happy though.

If i try to delete any contact from the sim directly, the phone hangs, then if itry to do something to take it out from that state it come's up with this message " ContactManager isn't responding Do you want to close it?".If i close it,it's ok,if i press "Wait" the screen become's black and the same message appears.

Why i can't delete my contacts from SIM directly??? I have another phone from another brand with Kitkat and it doesn't have this problem at all !!! :smileysad:

The build number is changed since i got the phone. The last build number is "S850_ROW_S211_140923"

I hope this helps somewhat!!!

Could you try below 2 cases:

1. reboot your device and try it again

2. use another SIM card and have a try.

Let me know the results. Thanks.
