Hi OmarP,

Thanks for reaching out. What malware apps are you referring to and what's its impact to the phone's performace? Also, did you do a factory reset without restore?

I just want to verify, is that from an app or from your browser? You should try to clear your data by going to Settings>Apps>tap the app/browser you're using>Settings>Storage>Clear data. This will clear your login as well so please make sure to know your password and save important bookmarks. It's also recommended not to access an untrusted website to avoid this.

Dear Daisy, thanks for your early reply.

In my case I am not using any browser. this is not the case.

When the phone is not connected to the internet these apps constantly show (these start without permission) and using the phone is very difficult.

When the phone is connected to internet and I am not using any browser, the apps turn impossible even use the phone

the apps open alone and show porno sites, advertisements of every kind...

waiting for your help on how to restore the phone to its original state.

regards

Omar

So does it mean this comes from a specific app you downloaded on your phone?

If your answer is no, then proceed in doing a Safe Mode Safe mode starts the device without any 3rd party applications being started (Third party applications are applications you have installed from the Play Store).

Just long-press volume-down button when phone's start-up screen shows. After the phone starts up, “Safe mode” displays on the bottom left meaning safe mode is entered. After this, observe the phone within the day. Once done observing the phone, restart to auto exit safe mode.
