S850 Touchscreen issue (wrong finger position)

2015-01-07, 19:59 PM

Enabled Developer mode (as I is) and enabled displaying of touches over the screen. When I smoothly move my finger from left to right - I see how touches registered with offest. Looks like finger was moved by sinusoid (wave form). But actually it was moved by strong horisontal. So why display register touches like I move my finger in wave path?

Actually also Xv and Yv values stops when new wave coming ... pls look screenshot.

Hi Anton007 and welcome to the Lenovo community.

You can use the Lenovo Serviceit app to test your touchscreen. The app has a self-diagnostics section.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

Thanks for Serviceit, but actually my touch display work as expected while you not pan image, for example. If you move it by X axis - image moved by X and time to time it waving also by Y axes.
