Hello, I own a Lenovo X3 vibe and every time I try to put my headphone volume on higher than a specific volume, my phone crashes saying notification center has stopped. There's no cached data to delete (0.00). What can I do?

Boot your device to Safe Mode and observe if the message will still appear. Press and hold Power button until "Power off" shows then press and hold "Power off" until "Reboot to safe mode" shows and touch "OK".

Hello Moto Venice, thanks for replying. I have tried your suggestion but unfortunately it didn't work.
Do you have an SD card inserted on your phone? Try to remove it, re-start the phone and observe. Let me know.

I don't have an SD card. What else can I do?
Have you tried using a different headphones? If yes and issue persists, try doing a Reset. You can do it on Settings or do a Hard Reset. See this link for instructions https://lenovomobilesupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/phones/vibe-series/x3/solutions/HT100072.
