Lenovo Ideapad 3 15ADA05 didn't boot

2021-08-23, 8:51 AM

Hi,

I have a problem with mi Pc, i was working when the pc freeze and stopped working, i turned off the pc manually with the power off button.

I tried to start again the pc but no way, it cointinued to do "Automatic repair loop" for more than 7 hours but not working.

I tried to boot windows 10 from usb but it doesn't boot, said "The device usb has a problem" i tried the same usb in another pc and it work so it's not a usb problem.

I tried to recovery windows 10 with Maiusc + f8, but it show me this message a few times:

New CPU installed. fTPM NV corrupted or fTPM NV structure changed.

Press Y to reset fTPM. If you have Bitlocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key.

Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot. fTPM will not enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys and data

I tried N and Y but not work the problem persist.

I cannot disabled Secure device support in my bios because it's not present.

Now Maiusc + f8 stop working.

My PC has 5 months so it's quite new.

What should i do???

Tnx for help!

Hi

If you can, and you have a Microsoft account, look up the BitLocker key.

Write it down as it is 48 numbers long.

Device  Key ID Recovery Key Drive Upload date
LAPTOP 12345678 XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX XXX 01/01/1980

HARD reset, AC power disconnected.

Press and hold pwr button for 45 seconds.

Rinse and repeat.

Reconnect AC Milan and try again.

Considering that your product is fairly new, I suggest contacting warranty support.

Hi

Can you access the BIOS?

Make sure you select SECURE BOOT.

Then the order to BOOT in, USB first.

NOT / NEVER PXE boot for your needs.

The actual HDD/SSD may have failed.

Hi

The USB is an EFI usb stick and not a legacy / mbr type?

And this has been tried?

  tomsguide.com/how-to/how-to-boot-into-windows-10-safe-mode

NOVO option.

OR

I think you need to send it in to Lenovo with the risk of losing all your data.

I cannot think of anymore strategies.

The USB is fat 32 so it should have not problem with UEFI, but i already try to select Legacy but doesn't work.

I tried the safe boot but not work.

I don't want to send the PC, because i don't want to lose my data, if i send it maybe they can protect my data?

NO.

IT MUST BE   SECURE BOOT / GPT-EFI.

NO LEGACY AT ALL.  NO MBR NEITHER.

BYE.
