SurfEasy VPN

Hi all,

 

I have a question about the available software in Lenovo Vantage "SurfEasy". According to the attached picture, it is already installed. but when clicking on the blue button "OPEN SURFEASY", nothing happens!

Pretty sure @Bugbatter is correct. I DO see this on the version of Vantage running on my X1 Tablet. From what I gather, installing SurfEasyVPN starts the trial version clock. After that, it's $6/month.

Hello,

I do not see that in my version of Vantage.  Do you see it in Windows settings > Apps as being installed?

It seems to be a subscription service otherwise. Could it be that just the trial is installed and that the option to activate ran out?
