Of Microsoft's January security updates there are 49 security patches and two advisories:
7 are listed as Critical
40 are listed as Important
2 are listed as Moderate
These January updates address Remote Code Execution, Information Disclosure, Elevation of Privilege, Denial of Service and Spoofing and apply to the following: Internet Explorer (IE), Edge, ChakraCore, Microsoft Windows, Office and Microsoft Office Services and Web Apps, Visual Studio, and the .NET Framework.
MSRT -- Microsoft released an updated version of the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool on Windows Update, Microsoft Update, Windows Server Update Services, and the Download Center.

Adobe has released Version 188.8.131.52 of Adobe Flash Player and AIR for Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS.
Note:These updates address feature and performance bugs, and do not include security fixes.
Windows 8 up will receive IE and Edge Flash updates via their Microsoft Updates.

January 22, 2019 Microsoft Cummulative Update Released for Windows 10 Version 1809
*Microsoft has released a cumulative update KB4476976 with non-security improvements for Windows 10 version 1809.
The update is available from Windows Update or from the Microsoft Update Catalog:
