Virtumonde Virus

Hello,

Does anyone know how to get the virtumonde virus (or family of viruses rather) off a computer? I've tried AVG, SpyBot, Ad-aware, SuperAntiSpyware, SDFix, f-vmode.exe, and VundoFix but to no avail.

Thank you,

Padgzilla

Re: Virtumonde Virus

Hi arsenalia, have you personally removed virtumonde with this program? I appreciate the suggestion, but because a lot of people make recommendations on the internet and I don't have time to try them all, I want to make sure you suggestion is based on experience. What happened to your computer? Are you sure virtumonde was removed after using Avast? I've had several programs say they removed it, but then when I run another scan -with another program - it's back.

Thanks,

Padgzilla

Re: Virtumonde Virus

Try Vundo Fix. I have used it, it works.
