Watch X Plus sync issue

For about a week now my Lenovo watch X plus does not synchronize some data with the app. Sleep data, heart rate and blood pressure are not reflected in the app. I think it's a problem with the Lenovo server, because whenever I try to synchronize I get a sign that says: no Network, please check the network. When the truth is that if there is a connection, the clock is connected, and there is communication between the clock and the app. The steps and the exercise are reflected in the app. Does anyone know what can be due?. Thank you.

And I have the same issue, no data sync on app for sleep blood pressure and heart rate. It is annoying. Lenovo please get this fix!

I have the same problem, it started 2 days ago. Tried reinstalling the apps, reset the watch, all without any helps, Lenovo team, please help

Hello,
I received my Lenovo watch on the 29/05/19.
Data synchronization (sleep, heart rate, blood pressure) never worked.
The weather display has never worked either.
Did it work on your watch in the past?

Hi, sleep, heart rate blood pressure everything was working fine until few days ago when this functions stop working on app, I think that is Lenovo app issue and whats more that I think this is in Europe only although no weather data is provided for Europe for some reason, but tht I could accept it but now it's a piss take from Lenovo! I have my watch for about 3weeks and now I'm trying to get refund as this watch is pretty useless now. The smart watches are associated with manufacturer applications so you can see statistics etc. Would suggest you to text yr seller with complaint be cause we don't know if this will be fixed by Lenovo as there is no feedback from them. When I send message to seller hi is back to me trying to explain of how this watch works how to pair it and so on, thinking like I'm dump.. see attached my reply, now I'm waiting for his response

My refund has been accepted :) now I can get better hybrid watch from different manufacturer. Troubles gone now with this watch. NB! This watch itself was nice but that not all about when you wanted fully working hybrid.
