When I tried to update my g10 smart band through mobile app, it failed and now the band is not getting on and just displayed as id:38dddbf and WAIT OTA and if i search from lenoogo app device not found is dipalyed. please help me making the band alive.

As I said before on these forums, this smart watchs seems to be for an specific markets like China and India, and are not available on the Lenovo World Wide support site.
Please let me know any information you can get, like manual, official Lenovo/Motorola links, firmware information, etc, so I can improve the unofficial wiki I have about this devices.
