i bought Lenovo Fitness band HW01 Plus with API today and I am unable to add it to the App on my 4G Phone. When i tried to Sync the data from the device to App(Lenovo Healthy), i am getting an error message as "connect fail,Please be close to the band". Did follow all the instructions such as
-Band is close to the mobile
- restarted app and mobile and tried again above steps
- App is running in the background
Still getting the same error message with my Mobile
My Mobile: Intex Gloud 4G
Can somebody help or let me know if I need to return this product or do i need to do anything or go for another brand?

My smart band HW01 got swithched off for not charging. I switched it on after around 2 months but the band was not binding with the app through bluetooth.
I tried all the methods but it failed to connect with the mobile. Then I created a new account and tried to connect and it worked.

Hi! Sorry about asking here.
New it's 2:08 in my city, and my hw01 shows 2:41, and I can't change it.
Also like before it was checking my heart rate, and it's not checking my sleep time,
what's my options, maybe it's broken? I have Iphone SE.

I had downloaded lenovo healthy app in mi note 4 , but when i am logging after regestration it showing invalid username and pwd . when i tried through facebook id it showing app in developing mode or need admin permission. due to this i am not able to use band. please provide solution!
