Lenovo K5 Play Emergency alerts problem

I'm having problem about emergency alerts it keeps popping up into my screen eventhough I've taken off the sim card, the only way to stop these floods of alerts is to turn the phone off or turn-on the airplane mode. I can't find a way to turn this off, anyone who can help me with these problem? My current Lenovo K5 Play system is 3.7.255 ST

It stopped for about more than 1 hour, is there a way to turn this off? Because I can't use the phone because the on/off switch are unable to be touch.

It just only appear on the screen every 5 or 10 seconds, the (ok) button and the option where the notification ask if the user would like to continue to receive the emergency alerts are useless it just keeps popping-up on the screen.

I have the same problem with my lenovo K5 Play.. we can't disable the annoying Emergency Broadcasting. Please release an patch for it.. asap . it really annoy us in the office

Note : The Emergency broadcasting was already enable when we buy it and the toggle switch was disabled as per screenshot. There is no way we can disable this Emergency Broadcasting. This is an annoying bug.

Hi, 

This is not a bug. You will get notified with the Emergency alert from time to time depending on the update released by the local public safety sectors. You can try to force stop the app but no guarantee if you'll not be notified again (Settings > Apps > Show System > Emergency Alert > Force Stop). Let me know. Thanks.
