What is a “Thrust Attack”?

2018-11-05, 5:11 AM

Hello there, Jedi Challengers!

I have a question that only a Lenovo employee may be able to answer.. In the game there are many different Passive Force Powers that we can use. I’m having trouble understanding the difference between “Riposte” and “Form II Expert”. Here are their descriptions:

  • Riposte – Non-Critical strikes deal double damage. Refreshes after blocking twice.
  • Form II Expert – Damage from thrusting attacks is doubled

The distinction between "non-critical strike” and “thrust attack” seems to be the key. It’s my understanding that a non-critical strike is an attack you make on your opponent when they aren’t staggered (when they don’t have that glowing orb in front of them).

So what is a thrust attack?
