I have a samsung s9 and i put it in headset, and it stops on screen that says, 'searching for headset connection' and stops there forever. what is wrong or what do i do next.

Hi Lance812. I was in your same situation and that's how I found your question. I tried disconneting the cable from the headset, uninstall and install the app again, restart my Galaxy s9, etc.
I finally figured it out that the only way to make it work is disconnecting and reconnecting the cable on the phone port instead of the cable on the headset part when you see the message "searching for headset connection". I know it seems weird since it's the same connection and same cable but that works for me

I've got same problem.
Light saber is well associated but I can't connect my phone to the headset.
App is okay.
Headset kight is still red even after 15 mn.
Did you find a solution ?
I've got Samsung J5 2016.
