Does anyone have any experience with disassembling the Jedi Challenges lightsaber or can direct me to a video and/or instructions on how to do it? I would love to display the hilt in my Star Wars collection but only if I can remove the white, squishy plastic piece that comes out of the top of the saber that lights up when you're playing the game.
I'm sure this violates the warranty, but now that I'm done playing the game, I'm just looking to display the awesome-looking lightsaber and not do anything nefarious with it, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out!

Hi cbulas1, Welcome to Lenovo community! We sincerely apologize if we don't have a video on how to disassemble our lightsaber. However, you can click the link for the User Guide and Documentation for the lightsaber. https://smartsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/smart/arvr/jedi-challenges/za39/documentation/doc_use...Hope this helps.

I hope its not too late to answer.
There is a tiny screw behind the red fake button (its made of rubber)
Unscrewing it, will loosen the silver ring with the white silicon tip.
Pull it out and then u will find two more screws u have to remove.
After this it comes appart and u can remove the silicon tip and reasamble everything.

It is stated on page 8 of the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges user guide that the lightsaber device is a sealed unit.
We do not recommend or encourage our users to open or disassemble the device itself since performing this action will have the warranty to be voided.
Hope this clears up everything. Regards.
