Usually the mib file is in the firmware package-
download the .uxz package, you'll find two mib files in there.

Mentioned above the MIB file is packaged in with the firmware. You would need to find the firmware package you are currently running and extract the MIB file from the .uxz download. Below is a link to 4.70 firmware update if this helps:

You have to unzip it. Any program should do. I used the standard program built into windows 10. If you right click on the file there should be some sort of zip option. Please let me know if you have any troubles.
