Hello,

What model do you have and seeing the failure? Lenovo provides service documents and here is message reference for x3550 M5 just as example.

https://systemx.lenovofiles.com/help/topic/com.lenovo.sysx.8869.doc/800702020701ffff.html?cp=0_2_7_4_6_0_294

In general, this event occurs when system detects any voltage fault and system power may be turned off. It is recommended to capture IMM service data before taking any recovery action to record a failing status of system. Then contact hardware call center to request service.

If you cannot contact call center due to some reasons and you want to do something by yourself for recovery, reseating AC cable may help to restore system power if the failure is intermittent. Once the system is recovered, it is recommended to apply the latest system firmware such as UEFI and IMM2 from system stability perspective.

Thank you,

I'm assuming you installed Windows 2012 by UEFI mode , please try to the steps as below to boot OS.

Add boot option via:

UEFI -> Boot Manager -> Add Boot Option -> UEFI Full Path Option -> NO VOLUME LABEL -> <EFI> -> <Boot> -> bootx64.efi
Input the Description -> Windows -> Commit Changes

Change “Windows” from boot order to top, Save and reboot.

If failed,please change Boot mode to Legacy under UEFI and repeat above steps.

Please ignore the reply above, Sensor SysBrd Vol Fault more related with the system board,if the system unable to power on or Sensor SysBrd Vol Fault repeat,please replace the system board and update the code of UEFI/BMC to the latest version.
