System board fault error on Lenovo System x3650 M5 (5462)

2020-02-19, 7:40 AM

LCD Information Display Panel keeps showing "POWER FAULT 00h 0x00" and "System board fault"

The server will not boot but there was stable power supply. Power button continous to blink (green). LCD Screen displays "POWER FAULT 00h 0x00". Tried to press the power button but nothing happens.

We ask for immediate help as we need the server working the soonest possible. Thank you so much!

Please check the following 3 items

1. Login IMM and check what error messages are shown in system event log.

2. Check Power supply LED. Are both AC and DC both on during operating.

3. After system DC cycle by power button, can system be recovered? or  it is required AC cycle to recover the system?
