Hi NewBornIT,

See this post https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/System-x-X6-M5-M4/X3100-M5-Fans-Running-100/m-p/3489565/highlight/true#M396 and follow the instructions to check if any hardware changes or higher ambient temperature detects will trigger the FAN rotating in high-speed. Please also check all the software versions (UEFI. IMM, LXPM) are up-to-date.

Hi NewBornIT,

Accessing IMM web interface, click System Status from the menu items at the top of the page.

Click the System Information tab, the Ambient Temperature will be displayed.

Refer to the online documentation: https://systemx.lenovofiles.com/help/topic/com.lenovo.sysx.imm2.doc/NN1ia_c_viewsysteminformation.html?cp=0_4_0_5_0_0
