Hi Jeromez, thank so much for your support.
If, indeed, the X3650 M4 system contains this card, I remove the electric current, remove the card and even disconnect the battery and I can not see the card in the UEFI.
Do you know how to check or verify if the battery is in good condition?
Thanks to all people for their support and interest

oops,if so, that maybe the sysbrd need to be replaced (since uefi is latest /remove bbu & cache module, and restore uefi to default), still no storage option in uefi.
meanwhile battery function can be check through uefi under storage option.

I did some experiments in lab totay, UEFI storage section would disappar if device UEFI option rom is disabled or RAID is removed. Considering your raid is M5110e embedded , you can try update IMM/UEFI/RAID firmware to the latest. AC off system and AC on system 10 seconds later to check whether the storage section is available . (make sure device UEFI option rom is not disabled )

Does the machine have installed OS? If so, please install MSM(MegaRAID Storage Manager) to observe RAID(M5110e) status. If OS is not installed as unable to recognize storage and config RAID in uEFI, the system board should be replace as M5110e RAID controller was embedded in the system board.
Normal status in uEFI as below:

MSM must be installed under OS(Windows), if OS can't boot up, there is no way to install MSM. Due to storage section was missed on UEFI, I don't think OS able to boot up.
