X3650 M5 5462-AC1 - 10 GBE SFP+ PCIQLOGIC 8200 not recognised in PCIe List

2019-09-27, 9:10 AM

Hi,

I have installed this adapter in the server bios and it is not recognised in slot 4 in my Single CPU Server using the PCIe devices

Before I bought the adapter, it is shown as compatible so thought this would be plug and play?

It does appear in the Network adapters option to configure so find this strange?

Hi simon_fuller,

Do you mean the card is recognized in BIOS but not displayed in the OS environment?

If the card is not detected in BIOS, please update the latest UEFI_tce140h-2.91.

If the card is recognized in BIOS but not shown in the OS, please check the installed OS version is included in the following OS support list.

Hi,

I am using tce140h-2.91 and the issue remains.

Its not recognised in the F1 Setup in UEFI PCIe list.

I have the adapter recognised in Network Adapters under setup and using windows drivers, is recognised in windows.
