T14 and Ultra Dock: no Ethernet after connecting

Hi,

I have a Lenovo T14 (i7) and the Ultra Dock since nearly 3 months.
All updates from Lenovo System Update are installed.

The problem: I work with the device in the dock all day and everything works.
I take it of the dock in the evening and connect it in the morning.
After the connection I have no ethernet connection.
I have to deactivate and activate the ethernet adapter (or to reboot) every time.

But: it works fine when I take the Thinkpad off the dock e.g. for a presentation an connect it again.

 

Maybe it's a hibernate problem?

 

Is there any fix for that?
