Whenever I play videos or anything on my laptop for more than 2 hours, the laptop starts hanging and it automatically restarts while showing the error on a black screen "checking media". 

I had recently submitted a complaint on premier support. They made me reset my system and re-install my OS, but the problem is still there. 

This is a new laptop, I am annoyed with this issue.  Please somebody help me.

The command, when run as ADMIN,

You may have a label on the rear/underside with these details on.

My best guess is a failing drive or connection to the drive as it heats up. When it reboots it doesn't see the drive and tries to boot over the network.
