Hardware not found on diagnostic scan??

Hi, I've a run a diagnostic scan a number of times on pcsupport.lenovo.com and each time, the following hardware devices show as 'Not found on this device'.

 

 

Is this normal? Should I be worried by this??

Before you run the diagnostics, did you enter your computer's serial number?

Also, try running tha hardware diagnostics thru BIOS

Yes, the serial number was detected automatically.

 

How do I run a hardware scan through BIOS @Lorenzo_Lenovo ?

Hello simontakel,

 


To launch the diagnostics, press F10 during the boot sequence to launch Lenovo diagnostics.

Additionally, press F12 during the boot sequence to access the Boot Menu.

Then press Tab to select Application Menu and arrow down to Lenovo Diagnostics and select it by pressing Enter.
