Hi,
I have a problem with bluetooth connection. When bluetooth mouse is used, after every 5th minute it stops working. After new connection the problem occours again. What I have done: reinstall driver, install all Lenovo updates and Windows updates, try a new mouse, try the old one with another PC. The problem is still here.

Hi adamhorv! Have you tried connecting the Bluetooth mouse to other devices and check if it works properly? Do the other Bluetooth devices connected to your computer experiencing the same problem? May we know what is the current OS version running on your computer? Type winver on the search box and send to us the result. Could you also screenshot the Bluetooth driver details under the device manager and send it to us? Let us know.

Hello,
Okay, I think here is the answer: it is allowed for the system to switch off bluetooth device to save energy. Under device manager, in bluetooth driver settings there is an option for it, 'on' is default. (See picture below.) I have switched it off, now it seems good.
