Thinkbook 14s IWL Screen flickering issue and dead pixels on the display

I recently purchased a Thinkbook 14s IWL from Lenovo's USA website and turns out that after a few days the screen started to flicker. I am pretty sure the diaply is faulty since I have also now noticed a couple of dead pixels on it.

Since I am now in India, although I have purchased an internatioanl warranty, I am unsure whether my issue will be resolved, since the model is not yet launched in India.


Would I be able to get a replacement? I really liked the laptop but I am disaapointed that there are such basic QA issues with the hardware.

Please check the Lenovo dead pixel policy here: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht004254. Lastly, the warranty of the device applies in the US only. You may want to check your repair options from any of our authorized repair centers. You can find the list here: https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/solutions/ht118678. Filter the country and cho0ose the nearest outlet base on your location.
