A51 8131-D2U Memory

Should memory being added only be matched pairs (a kit), or can random sticks be used?  What is better for best performance?  What is the pair scheme ( which slots should be used ) if pairing is best?

Yes, best to keep the sticks in the machines matched for duel channel.

Re: A51 8131-D2U Memory

Thanks MattRB,    Are the paired slots 1&3, 2&4? This is my guess by the look of the the two sticks I have in there now (1&3).
