E93Z ALL IN ONE (THINKCENTRE ) SHUTDOWN PROBLEM

2017-11-14, 7:58 AM

We set-up Windows 10 operating system on Lenovo think centre e93z all-in-one pc.

When we command “shut down”, the pc doesn’t shut down and restart.
Can you please help us about this issue ?
My best regards

Is this a recent Win 10 upgrade?   Has it ever worked correctly?   And please describe the problem in greater detail.  Thx.

1.  Be sure that all Lenovo sourced Win 10 drivers are installed, via Lenovo system update and/or downloaded from the Lenovo support page, in particular the Chipset driver.  2.  Under Control Panel/Power Options, select 'ThinkCentre default' as the power scheme.  3.  Try the suggestions here:  windows-will-not-shut-down
