Re: HDD Size for M57 Type 6075

you mean 1 TB?

i have used 2 x 2 TB drives in these machines before, so it should be okay.

Beg your pardonSmiley Wink,

I mean 1 TB HDD. So it worked with 2 TB disks also? What HDD manufacterer did you use? WD, Seagate, Hitachi, Samsung?

Re: HDD Size for M57 Type 6075

p.s.:

Did you have to align the two hdds before using them in older systems such als win xp or linux based ones?

Re: HDD Size for M57 Type 6075

I want to build a NAS/Homeserver with FreeNAS (BSD Derivate) I´ve heard that older OS like Win XP and Linux can´t cope with this new 4K System which is used on WD Eco Green Drives e.g.

I haven't used xp with that particular machine setup, so I can't really comment on your particular question.
