I'm trying to build a decent gaming computer so, CPU, Total amount of Ram, Ram type (i.e. DDR2 or DDR3), PCI type.

Do not buy this board for gaming computer, U will be seriously disappointed. Chipset is Q963, it uses DDR2 memory. And ANCIENT Celeron / Pentium D CPU. Also board format is custom BTX so not really useful. You may want to look elsewhere as this board is not even 1% decent for your purpose ...
