I have recently purchased a M910t with Win 10P.
I need to perform a factory reset due to reasons too lengthy to explain over here.
I do not have any recovery disk or installation media.
Can someone please advise me on the steps?

As I understand that you have query regarding performing Factory Reset in ThinkCentre M910t
If system is booting in Windows you can goto Settings ➙ Update & security ➙ Recovery
You can also perform clean installation of Windows 10 and need to check the eligibility for Recovery Media from here
