ID & RAM questions about an M90P sold by Newegg

I am trying to increase the RAM on my M90P bought from: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883795846

  1. How can I figure out which M90P is it, or does it matter? I had no idea that there were literally dozens of different kinds of M90Ps. Newegg doesn't have any more data on exactly which one it is.

  2. How can I figure out the max RAM that this system can take? Would a pair of 2GB DDR3 sticks work, even if they're labeled for Samsung or something else?

Thank you so much in advance.

For example, could I just buy RAM like this? https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAE9A7BW5174

Here's another CPU-Z screenshot:

Re: ID & RAM questions about an M90P sold by Newegg

SFF system is shown at that Newegg link, all models of M90p SFF and Tower would use the same memory.  Check this model at the Kingston and Crucial memory websites to see what they give as compatible memory.

Re: ID & RAM questions about an M90P sold by Newegg

Thanks for your fast reply. Sorry, I don't see where you found SFF in the link even after I searched with Ctrl+F for it. So any sticks for any of these computers would be fine? http://www.crucial.com/SearchDisplay?searchTerm=thinkcentre+m90p&categoryId=&storeId=10151&catalogId...

M90P doesn't even show up at Kingston, just M900 (SFF/Tower), but it sounds like these are the same thing from what you've said. Is that right? That means max memory is 64 GB: https://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search?DeviceType=2&Mfr=LEN&Line=ThinkCentre&Model=93891

Re: ID & RAM questions about an M90P sold by Newegg

On the Cruical website, select your model number (from sticker on case, or run 'sys info'.)   Multiple entries imply that there are different specs for this system type, for example the 'Tiny' systems probably require low-voltage memory.   M90p is not the same as M900.  Kingston must no longer carry memory for your system.
