I have a user with 3 displays. They are all VGA displays. Two with his M72E and the other another PC. We want to consolidate to one PC (Thinkcenter M72e). I dont believe the built in card can support 3 displays. Could anyone suggest an inexpensive video card that supports 3 displays for this tower. Its just for busines so no need for a high end card. Also would prefer passive if possible.

The NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 (1 or 2GB) is about the cheapest (around 40 bucks) passive card I know of that supports 3 monitors.
The only thing I do not know about the M72e is whether the 720 is on the whitelist or not, since the driver page shown here, does not list the GT 710, although it does list the GT 705 & 720. My guess is that it would work just fine since it uses the same driver as the rest of the GeForce 700 series cards, but I cannot verify that personally.
NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 2GB
Best of luck,

Any low end Nvidia card that's on the list in the readme file for the driver for your system with 3 ports, however, most cards will only have 1 port that's VGA. Check your monitors for what other ports they have.

GT 710 is not on the supported adapter list, and doesn't work (and neither the GT 610.) The GT 705 does, but it is OEM only and more expensive, and the GT 730 is more common than the 720, making is less expensive.

If it helps at all, I ended up getting a GeForce GT 730 passive 2 gig and its worked for our purposes
