Lenovo E93Z All in One Second Screen not working

Hi, 

 

We are trying to connect an additional screen to an E93z All in One PC but the additional screen is not detected by the Windows or Intel Display settings. 

 

The additional screen is connected by Display Port to the HDMI on the back of the AIO. We have tested to make sure the screen works on another PC not the same model and the screen works. I have tried both HDMI ports as there is an in and out on this model. 

 

The All in One is running Windows 10 Professional.

I'm not sure that those adapters can work in the reverse direction.  Does your monitor not have a HDMI port?

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response, unfortunalty not it only has VGA + HDMI. 

 

Would this work with an active adapter ? 

 

Do lenovo sell an adater that would work ?

Some may exist, but I'm not aware of any, but the specs must state explicitly that it will work for a "HDMI to DisplayPort" connection.
