I have an M57p that was unplugged while it was being powered down. Machine won't boot at all. I've got a green light on the power supply. I've taken the board out to refresh, jumpered the power and still this won't boot.
At one point the fan on the case momentarily spun up, did this twice but cannot get it to go again.
Is it the board or the power supply? I'm in Canada so the parts are as expensive as the unit was (refurb $99 from Staples), so I need to be mindful of what I can find, and afford, on eBay.
Lenovo ThinkCentre: MT-M: 6088-W3R
Board: 45C1760 / 87H5128
Power Supply: 280W PN41A9703 / 41A9701
Any help is appreciated.

i was just working with an m92p tiny. where are your jumper pins at?
make sure its not in the maintance position (bridging between pin 2 and 3) leave it as standard pin 1 and 2.
maybe that's the problem? just double check otherwise ill leave to the experts.
