I recently purchased a m910s unit , i installed new ssd , apacer su650.

I tried installing windows 10, and I stuck at Load Driver, cause the installer cannot identify my SSD.

Hi No 4d,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If this is a M.2 NVME drive, then NVMe SSD's are often hidden to the OS if Intel VMD Controller is enabled in BIOS. (Volume Management Device). Check for this setting in the BIOS and make sure it's disabled.

Make sure you also have Boot Mode set to UEFI mode.

If you still can't find the new SSD, then make sure it's the only one installed in the system. Unplug all other hard drives, and check if it's recognized and continue with Windows installation.

Hope this helps
