What is the cheapest 300W+ PSU that will fit in this machine? I want a gpu but that 240W PSU won't cut it. EDIT: Here is the gpu i am planning on buying. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814932005&ignorebbr=1

Tower or Small form factor... actually posting your Machine Type Model (MTM) would help.
If you have the tower, just about any ATX PSU like this one would work since I believe your motherboard as the standard 24 pin connector, but with that card you might want to wait to see if it even needs a 300w PSU, because it may work just fine with you current PSU unless you have a bunch of HDDs installed etc..
If you want a Lenovo PSU that shipped with the M81, you can get a 280 watt like this one https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Lenovo-41A9684-Desktop-PS-5281-7VR/dp/B00R3NPNN6, which should be more than capable of powering your GPU.
Best of luck,

Both M81 SFF and Tower have sufficient power with the stock power supply to run a low-power graphics card (30w and below.)
The GT 710 you linked to above, does quailify as a low-power card, but is not on the supported card list for this system. I suggest you look for a GT 730, version 2 or 3, or as a 2nd choice (as they are the same price as the better 730), a GT 720.
Very confusingly, there are 3 versions of the Gt 730 card, version 1 uses an older chipset and is a 49w card, version 2 & 3 uses a newer chipset and uses 23 - 27w. Version 3 uses DDR5 memory, which is considerably faster than the prior versions with DDR3, but is more expensive. You can tell a version 1 card by the much lower core clock speed of 700 MHz vs. 902 of versions 2 & 3.
