Hello, I have been using Lenovo ThinkCentre M93z All-In-One 10AF-001B for last 3 years now. It has 465 GB of allocated disk space from the time of purchase. I did not find means to use the space. The default disk allocation programme is giving me the following message (attached image). Please suggest a solution.
I am using Window 10 Pro. 64 bit OS.

I have never met this before, however I did some research on internet, hope these would be helpful.
As you said you have used this for 3 years, did this problem exist at very beginning?

Hi TIcktac1, thanks a lot for the advice. I could not manage to log in with my earlier id so I had to create a different id to login hence the delay.
Yes, this problem is from the beginning. I knew about diskpart before and it did not work for me. Diskpart could not even list this partition under list partition command. I gave up thinking, 500 GB accessible to me will be enough for me. Now space is getting crowded so I need a solution.
I used the software but it not managing to do it either. Any other solution?

I'm sorry about that. I would suggest you contact Lenovo service for help.
According to your first picture (lenovo.jpg), it was a Windows 7 system at very begining. If the unallowcated space existed at that time, that's not as expected.
Then you update it to Windows 10, right? I'm guessing some problem happened during update process.
