Have you run the comprehensive diagnostics on it?

I belive the issue may be linked with the Skylake processor.

How do i contact support without paying money, this is a new PC?

I solved this by uninstalling the PCI Express Root Port in device manager, then installing the latest Realtek driver

When you write latest, is that the latest on the Levono support page, or direct from RealTek?

Re: M700 ThinkCentre - WHEA-Logger Event ID 17, Windows 7 x64

Lenovo has released a BIOS update that resolves customer reports of WHEA_Logger Event Viewer ID 17 errors on M700, M800, M900, and M900x Tiny systems.

Version FWKT65A

Add support for some new models of M.2 SSD on TINY.

BIOS v65 can be downloaded here: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/DS105487

Thank you,

BIOS v65 update on M700 hasn't solved the problem. Any other suggestions from Lenovo?

Re: M700 ThinkCentre - WHEA-Logger Event ID 17, Windows 7 x64

There is a v67 update that fixed my Intel 600p NVME SSD PCIe AER issue but I don't have permission to redistribute the update. It was sent to me about a month ago so should be out sometime soon. Maybe it will fix your problem as well.
