Having just set up this PC on the netwrok I am seeing hundresds of these errors showing up in the Event Log. Event showing every 20-30 seconds.
I believe I have installed all the latest updates and am really scratching my head trying to get this solved.

Have you run the comprehensive diagnostics on it?

When you write latest, is that the latest on the Levono support page, or direct from RealTek?

Lenovo has released a BIOS update that resolves customer reports of WHEA_Logger Event Viewer ID 17 errors on M700, M800, M900, and M900x Tiny systems.
Add support for some new models of M.2 SSD on TINY.

There is a v67 update that fixed my Intel 600p NVME SSD PCIe AER issue but I don't have permission to redistribute the update. It was sent to me about a month ago so should be out sometime soon. Maybe it will fix your problem as well.
