I don't know what you're referring to? You posted no screenshot of the new Event Viewer event. You may think you did, but you didn't. So I cannot comment yet.

Although I know very very little about TPM, I would guess that if you're NOT using Bitlocker then there's probably ZERO involvement of TPM and your new SSD.

Have you installed Lenovo Commercial Vantage? Your earlier screenshot was from standalone "system update". Probably invoked under the covers by Lenovo Commercial Vantage, but you should still be using Vantage and not "system update". Have you installed it or not?

I think I've posted the link to the Lenovo Knowledge Base page providing it in several previous posts.

Anyway, here it is again. On that page there is a link for "application and deployment guide" to download the ZIP file containing the installer, documentation, etc.

After you unzip it, RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR the file:

\LenovoCommercialVantage_10.2107.5.0_v1\setup-commercial-vantage.bat

It will open a command prompt window (in adminstrator mode), and perform the installation.  When it finishes the window will close. Reboot.

When you come back up, you'll find the new red "L" icon in Windows Start Menu, for Commercial Vantage. Launch it.

It will do some first-time setup and OK. Then in the upper-right corner push the "check for system updates" button and proceed as appropriate.

One more thought...it's time to run the full Lenovo Hardware Diagnostics on your machine.

You can run it under Win10, or you can build a standalone bootable USB flash drive to run it from.

I think it's appropriate. We need to confirm everything is right with your hardware, which certainly does not appear to be the case. This output will help confirm one way or another.
