M715 Ryzen replacing CPU fan options

So I find the standard exhaust type fan on the M715 (Ryzen 7) to be a bit noisy when I am wathing videos etc. Removing the fan unit is very simple and does not invlove screws. Below it is an aluminum heatsync that is screwed to the motherboard. My question is, what options do I have for replacing the cooling stuff on this. I think I can fit in a standard Wraith Spire cooler but it only blows air up. In such a small case, the air wont move out. Has anyone replaced coolers in SFF  cases with success?

Re: M715 Ryzen replacing CPU fan options

To answer my own question, I was able to replace the noisy OEM fan with this one, it's a slim, 80mm standard fan.

The screws it came with were no good but I was able to use the existing screws. Upon second inspection, it seems that the CPU cooler is indeed standard AM4 one, but I just replace the fan. It is much quieter and efficient than the old one for sure.
