M78 video problems after Win10 upgrade

2016-07-22, 20:53 PM

I have multiple ThinkCentre M78-10BR workstations that I am upgrading to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit from Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Some upgrade properly without any problems. I now have at least two stations that are having graphics problems. I can't seem to find a driver that is compatiblen with the on-board adapter.

I have tried installing Radeon HD 8370D drivers from Windows Update, Lenovo Support, and from AMD's site. In all cases the system BSOD until I remove what was installed. I do have M78-10BR that upgrade perfectly with driver 15.200.1036.0.

I am at the point where I am downloading random x64 drivers from the Windows Update catalog hoping one will work.  Any other suggeestions?

Are they at the same BIOS version?    I note that the latest version was for security fixes, you may want to get them all to this version:

CHANGES for 9ZKT54A/9ZJT54A
- Updates includes security fixes
